Grind Elbow Pads: • Re-designed for 2011, the Empire Grind pad offers top of the line elbow and forearm protection. • Thumb hole loop to prevent the pad from sliding around as you are diving • Wide gauge Velcro wrist strap to help support your wrist and prevent the pad from moving • 6 strategically placed TPR vents sewn into the pads. We know that wearing elbow pads can get hot, that why we have had mesh vents in them from the start. • Abrasion fighting Kevlar patches sewn onto the outer elbow • GEL padding sewn into the foam core to protect you in even the hardest landing • Ergonomic elbow pit cut out to reduce binding • Adjustable bicep strap and compression stretch mesh make for a truly custom fit.
