Q: Where are you located?
A: Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Q: Are there sales taxes?
A: Just GST. It will be added to the price.

Q: I want something you don't have in stock, how long will it take to get here?
A: The order will be called a "request order" The order will generally take 2-8 weeks its dependent on when orders go out. Orders are place monthly, but depending on the demand of requests we sometimes send them out sooner.

Q: How much are shipping charges?
A: The shipping that you will be charged will depend on the level of service that you choose and the size of the package. All shipping costs will be confirmed before the order leaves our store.

Q: Can your order something in that is not listed on your page?
A: You may put in a special request. There is a space provided on the order form for items that you do not see but may want MR Paintball Online to get for you.

Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Q: Why is US pricing so cheap when compared to Canadian pricing?
A: Sometimes it is, sometimes it can be more expensive. Remember to add duty and shipping to the cost of your USA purchase. Also take into account the exchange rate that you will have to pay.

Q: What happens once I order?
A: Orders may take anywhere to 2-5weeks to receive. You will not be charged for your order until it is shipped.

Q: Do you match prices?
A: MR Paintball Online currently has price matching protection. This offer can be applied if you have proof (simply email us the link) and the dealer has to have the product in stock. MR Paintball Online cannot match the price of another competitor if there is no stock on hand or if the competition is out of Canada.
